Homecare

Home care is the perfect option if you or your loved one needs a helping hand for a few hours a week. At Lifted, we offer a minimum of one hour each week for a period of one month, allowing us to offer bespoke, personalised support.

As professional caregivers, it’s vital we stay on top of training, which is why all of our carers are trained in all areas of care. From assisting with personal care to supporting those with long-term conditions like dementia, we will tailor a care plan unique to your loved one to ensure they’re able to live life to the fullest and you can rest assured that they’re receiving the highest levels of care.

While live in care has its benefits, it’s not needed by everyone. Homecare in Bath is available for a minimum of one hour a week for a period of one month, allowing us to provide specialist care that meets every care need.

Our team of professional and experienced carers can help your loved one with their morning routine, or even assist them to appointments. From offering a helping hand with the cleaning and cooking, to personal care, our carers are trained to deliver effective assistance and support for as long or as little as you need.

Why should I choose Lifted to look after my loved ones?

We were created to raise standards in care both for families and for Carers. Through our innovative Care Platform, we give you and your loved ones complete transparency over your loved one’s care. This begins with the Lifted mobile app. Where you can learn what your loved one enjoys doing, see Lifted moments of joy with your loved one and share information with your Carer to help them deliver the support your family deserves.

Is Lifted regulated by the Care Quality Commission?

Lifted is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Meaning we follow a strict set of regulations to ensure we deliver the highest quality support for your loved one. We are regularly inspected by the Care Quality Commission.

Are Lifted Carers employed?

Yes. We employ, train and support all our Carers and we are proud to pay the London living wage for hourly care. We were created based on our Co-founder’s personal experience of struggling to find great care for her mum when she was diagnosed with dementia and we are proud to be lifting lives every day.

Will the Carer have experience with my loved one’s particular health condition?

Our Carers have experience supporting people living with a wide range of health conditions including Parkinson’s disease, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, arthritis, post stroke care, skin conditions, PSP, multiple sclerosis and diabetes. In most cases, your Carers will have experience of supporting people living with your loved one’s particular health conditions and in all cases they will receive the necessary training before starting to support your loved one.
