Lifted Carers undergo a rigorous selection process including an in person interview. We select less than 1% of people that apply.
Background checks
All our carers undergo comprehensive background checks including Enhanced Criminal Record checks and professional reference checks.
Training
All our carers undergo our bespoke training programme and complete the Care Certificate, an accredited qualification for carers.
