As we get older, it is normal to experience a decline in the quality of our eyesight. Symptoms of dementia can make this even more of a challenge, especially when it comes to doing things at night. These Motion Sensor Lights can be installed around the home of a loved one, so that if they get out of bed during the night they are able to see their way without searching for the light switch.

Many people living with dementia experience increased confusion towards the evening and at night, and they won’t always be able to turn the light on themselves when they need it. These motion sensors can increase comfort and independence by removing the need to switch lights on and off as they move about the home. Alternatively, the motion sensors could be installed in wardrobes and kitchen cupboards to help them find the everyday essentials more easily.

Reviews

Bought 3 to light the way from the bedroom, landing and bathroom at night. Took some time to put them in the correct place as we have a small bedroom which meant that movement from the quilt and us switched the lights on and off. However we seem to have found the correct place and I’m pleased to say I’m satisfied with the lights as they are working well now.

These light strips are great for lighting the way to the bathroom in the night. They shine bright enough without being too bright.

Very good and useful for my 85 year old husband to find his way to the toilet at night.
