Home Care

Do you need live-in or home care in Northwood?
Lifted can help.

Lifted offers both care services so that your loved ones can stay in their home, rather than having to consider a traditional care home.

Lifted carers can offer support and assistance 24 hours a day with live-in care, or just deliver hourly home care to suit your family’s specific situation.

With our award-winning care service, our carers can provide day-to-day practical support and companionship, or a greater level of care if your loved one has more complex needs.

Homecare

Home care is the perfect option if you or your loved one needs a helping hand for a few hours a week. At Lifted, we offer a minimum of one hour each week for a period of one month, allowing us to offer bespoke, personalised support.

As professional caregivers, it’s vital we stay on top of training, which is why all of our carers are trained in all areas of care. From assisting with personal care to supporting those with long-term conditions like dementia, we will tailor a care plan unique to your loved one to ensure they’re able to live life to the fullest and you can rest assured that they’re receiving the highest levels of care.

While live in care has its benefits, it’s not needed by everyone. Homecare in Bath is available for a minimum of one hour a week for a period of one month, allowing us to provide specialist care that meets every care need.

Our team of professional and experienced carers can help your loved one with their morning routine, or even assist them to appointments. From offering a helping hand with the cleaning and cooking, to personal care, our carers are trained to deliver effective assistance and support for as long or as little as you need.

Live-in Care

Live-in care offers a great option compared to a traditional care home as it allows your loved one to enjoy constant reassurance and support from the comfort of their home. With live-in care, our carers will live with your loved one and assist them day and night with their day-to-day routine or offer more specialist support for people with more demanding needs.
