Home care is the perfect option if you or your loved one needs a helping hand for a few hours a week. At Lifted, we offer a minimum of one hour each week for a period of one month, allowing us to offer bespoke, personalised support. 

As professional caregivers, it’s vital we stay on top of training, which is why all of our carers are trained in all areas of care. From assisting with personal care to supporting those with long-term conditions like dementia, we will tailor a care plan unique to your loved one to ensure they’re able to live life to the fullest and you can rest assured that they’re receiving the highest levels of care. 

While live in care has its benefits, it’s not needed by everyone. Homecare in Bath is available for a minimum of one hour a week for a period of one month, allowing us to provide specialist care that meets every care need. 

Our team of professional and experienced carers can help your loved one with their morning routine, or even assist them to appointments. From offering a helping hand with the cleaning and cooking, to personal care, our carers are trained to deliver effective assistance and support for as long or as little as you need.
